Ethnic identity is of great importance for the formation of an individual’s personality. A person realizes his ethnic identity most clearly in the process of the interethnic communication, in a multicultural environment. In this part of the educational textbook we examine the essence of the concept of the ethnic identity as an important component of the process of personality formation.
