Introduction

Discipline "Orchestra" occupies a central place in the preparation of music teachers, forming his professional skills, practical management skills classroom and extra-curricular team, fosters positive artistic taste, develops initiative and organizational skills, ability to think creatively and work [45, p. 12].

The organization of the orchestra is a creative work. Every Director who may meet with accidents and properties which are impossible to predict, to foresee, for example: people change in the orchestra (which, incidentally, we regard as a natural phenomenon with objective reasons), etc.

The word "orchestra" is Greek in origin and means the dance in Ancient Greece, this term referred to the space between the audience and the proscenium, i.e. to the place which is now occupied by the orchestra in the theater.

The purpose of this manual is to systematize the basic principles of organization and methodology of educational and creative work in orchestras, to reveal the most typical issues and specific features of the associated practical activities.

The textbook consists of seven chapters.

The first Chapter provides a brief historical sketch of the formation and development of orchestral music.

The second analyzes the organization of individual and group sessions, which is a crucial stage in the organization of the educational process. Examines the creation of the orchestral team, the selection of participants, the Seating of musicians and distribution tools organizational design team.
